Terms of Service
Please read these before commissioning me. By ordering, you agree to them. Last updated: October 25, 2026
1. Payment
I accept Robux, PayPal and crypto. A 30% deposit is required before I start; the remaining 70% is paid on delivery, before I send the final files.
2. Communication
All communication happens through Discord. I'll keep you updated with progress previews and usually reply within 24–48 hours. Please keep the conversation in one place so nothing gets lost.
3. What I need from you
Give me clear references and details from the start (images, colors, style, size). Changing the idea after the work has started counts as a big change and may cost extra.
4. Delivery times
Delivery time depends on the commission (type, complexity and my current queue). I'll give you an estimated date when I send the quote. Rush delivery (1–3 business days) costs +$20–$40.
5. Late delivery guarantee
If I take more than 2 weeks past the agreed date to deliver your commission, you'll get a free model or a free dynamic head as compensation.
6. Delivered files
You'll receive the final model ready for Roblox (.fbx / .obj) with its textures. Source files (.blend, Substance projects) are not included unless agreed beforehand.
7. Revisions
Unlimited small revisions are included (colors, small shape tweaks, texture details). Big changes after approval, like redoing the design or changing the concept, are charged as extra work.
8. Fixes after delivery
If you find a technical issue (broken UVs, rig or cage problems, upload errors caused by the model) I'll fix it for free within 7 days of delivery.
9. Unpaid commissions
If the model is finished and you don't pay the remaining 70% and don't reply within 5 days, I keep the model and may sell it on my own, unless there's a valid explanation for the delay. The deposit is not refunded.
10. Refunds & cancellations
You can cancel and get a full refund before I start working. Once the work has started, payments are non-refundable.
11. Right to refuse
I can refuse or cancel any commission at my discretion. If I cancel after you've paid, you'll get a full refund.
12. Usage rights
Once fully paid, you can upload and sell the item on Roblox under your account or group.
13. Resale & redistribution
You can't resell, share or redistribute the model files (or claim them as your own work). The license covers using the item on Roblox only.
14. Credits & portfolio
I may show the work in my portfolio and social media. If you need it kept private until release, just tell me and I'll wait until it's out.
15. Roblox moderation
I follow Roblox's UGC guidelines, but I can't guarantee an item will be approved by Roblox moderation.
16. Changes to these terms
I may update these terms at any time. The version that applies is the one published when you place your order.
